Top 5 Pickleball Paddle Sets Under $100

Hey, what is up pickling people!

I have recently reviewed a lot of pickleball paddle sets and I wanted to give my top 5 thus far. This review is in no particular order and I wanted to share some of the best sets I have found! These sets usually have 2 paddles, paddle covers, and pickleballs. Everything you need (besides a net and a friend) to get out there playing. I have really enjoyed using all of these paddles and they are great for people who want a complete set up without any hassles. Let’s get into the Top 5 Pickleball Paddle Sets Under $100 review!

Scuddles Pickleball Paddle Set

“Scuddles”, don’t you love the name? It’s kind of what your feet do on the court when playing. I had a great time playing with this paddle, love the personality of the paddle (the overall power and control), not to mention the vibrant design. The book that comes with this set does a good job of explaining pickleball basics and is a good read for beginners. I would recommend watching videos online to get a more in depth understanding of positioning and shot selection.

Uteeqe Pickleball Paddle Set

This is a great pick up and play paddle. One thing I want to mention here is the nice weight of the paddle. It is on the lighter side of the entry level paddle spectrum, around 7.8oz. If you are not as strong in the arm, this paddle might be better suited for you. This paddle offers the whole package for a beginner set, although it is missing some forgiveness and control from the more expensive paddles. This paddle can definitely compete with the best of them.

GRM Pickleball Paddle Set

I really like this paddle set and it is always great to see new entry level options for people to get out there and play. I have no big red flags for this paddle. It is a really solid paddle for all around play for both beginners and intermediates. Face material will not give you any extra control, but will not hinder your game either. I felt the handle was comfortable and I could play for hours with this paddle.

Niupipo Pickleball Paddle Set

I really enjoyed playing with this paddle and it is a solid beginner paddle. It has high level power, but as expected in an entry level paddle, it lacks in control and finesse. The paddle weight averages around 8.2 oz, which is in the middle to heavier side. I will definitely keep this paddle with me when I head to the courts and want to introduce someone to the great game of pickleball.
